Attaching the infant car seat by using the Britax Römer Baby Safe i-Size Flex Base or the Baby Safe i-Size Base (not included in delivery!) is very simple. Colour indicators signalise whether the infant car seat has been installed correctly and provide additional safety. Alternatively, you can install the infant car seat Baby Safe 2 i-Size by using your car's own seat belt.

At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. The built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.

 運彩覬覦台觀校產？ 教部：已全信託


【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】「台灣觀光學院是全台第一所主動將校產全部信託的大學，足以展現他們想轉型的決心，而非覬覦土地和校產。」針對高教工會指控台觀欲將學校轉讓給「台灣運動彩券公司」，教育部技職司長楊玉惠5日回應，台運彩很願意投入資源協助台觀轉型，還擬成立青少棒園區、職訓中心；對此，台觀前校長、現台北商業大學校長張瑞雄受訪時也認為，「只要過程有呈報教育部且合法，就沒有私相授受的問題。」

教育部自2001年接管台觀後，指派「公益性質」董事長柴松林擔任台觀董事長長達16年。但高教工會指出，台觀去年9月卻傳出公益董事會欲將學校「轉讓」給「台灣運動彩券公司」入主，並強迫新生轉學、教職員簽下資遣同意書。

高教工會質疑，董事會不僅未協助學校招生，還主動積極「求售」學校，讓台灣運彩全面接掌台觀董事會後，逼退教職員、要求學生轉學，剩下近千名學生面臨開課課程不足的窘境，完全置學生受教權於不顧。

教育部技職司長楊玉惠受訪時對高教工會的指控表示「非常遺憾」。她表示，董事會十幾年來幫忙台觀還清大筆債務是不爭的事實，但少子化是不可逆的現象，台觀106學年度的招生率只剩4成多，因此董事會在學校還有可用現金的基礎下，先讓老師辦理資遣、優退，整個過程也都非常公開。

「為了讓台觀不要那麼快退場，台運彩很願意投入資源協助。」楊玉惠表示，包括因應花蓮觀光產業「把學校規模縮小」，僅留下廚藝系和餐飲系的進修部，之後也規劃成立青少棒園區、職訓中心，並免費提供給原住民學生、一般民眾使用。

楊玉惠強調，公益董事第一屆是由教育部指派，後續都是依《私校法》在自主運作下改選；此外，私校退場條例雖尚未完成立法，「但台觀已於2月1日與台銀完成簽訂信託，更是全台第一所主動將校產全部信託的學校，已經足以展現他們想轉型的決心，而非覬覦土地和校產。」

「只要過程有報教育部且程序合法，應沒有私相授受的問題。」台觀前校長、現台北商業大學校長張瑞雄受訪時認為，面臨退場危機的私校，對教育部來說，只要有企業願意接手都樂觀其成，若沒有企業願意接手，最後還是要面臨退場，教育部並無法介入私校運作。

張瑞雄表示，公益董事其實只有在教育部一開始接管，組成新的董事會時，才具有公益性質，但一旦新的董事會組成後，教育部仍將學校與其他私校董事會一視同仁，必須負起學校經營的責任，已經失去「公益」精神，至於董事會退場有2條路可選擇，第一是完全退場，但所有人都將失業；第二就是找企業接手，還可回聘部分的教職員，「從這點來看，找企業接手應是比較好的做法。」
