This pushchair is only 50 cm wide and comes with ball bearing wheels that make it particularly compact and super easy to manoeuvre even around the tightest corners. It reaches every destination with ease and thus is the perfect companion for town-dwellers. When not in use, you can fold the Style Go Up into a compact size. While doing so, the tyres twist automatically into the most compact position so that the pushchair is free standing.

 公費流感疫苗 今開打


公費流感疫苗今（十五）日正式開打，衛福部疾病管制署署長周志浩表示，接種疫苗是全球公認防治流感最具效益的方法，他呼籲高風險慢性病人、五十歲以上成人、孕婦及六個月以上學齡前嬰幼兒等九大類民眾，應把握時間及早接種，讓整個流感季均有保護力。

多年以來，我國公費流感疫苗接種均為每年十月一日，今年則因疫苗供貨延遲，而延後至十月十五日，國小、國中及高中則是十一月一日開打。今年疫苗供貨以醫療院所為優先，社區接種站衛生局則會視疫苗到貨量調配陸續設置。

對於今年公費流感疫苗延後半個月開打，疾管署副署長莊人祥指出，這並不會民眾接種權益，只要按時接種，還是可以在流感流行季來臨前獲得保護力，且持續至隔年二、三月流行期。

周志浩表示，依據疾管署監測資料顯示，流感併發重症在六十五歲以上長者及五十至六十四歲成人這兩個族群的發生率最高，接種流感疫苗仍是目前預防流感最有效的方法。

台灣流感季一般約於每年十一月開始，至隔年農曆春節前後達到高峰。流感病毒可能引發嚴重併發症，包括肺炎、腦炎、心肌炎等，甚至導致死亡，民眾不能掉以輕心。

疾管署指出，今年度公費流感疫苗接種仍維持六百萬劑，符合公費接種對象約一千四百萬人，九大類民眾如下：

一、五十歲以上成人。

二、醫事及衛生防疫相關人員。

三、孕婦及六個月內嬰兒之父母。

四、禽畜業及動物防疫相關人員。

五、滿六個月以上至國小入學前幼兒。

六、安養、養護、長期照顧等機構對象。

七、幼兒園托育人員及托育機構專業人員。

八、具有潛在疾病者，包括高風險慢性病人（含BMI≧三○）、罕見疾病患者及重大傷病患者。

九、國小、國中、高中、高職、五專一至三年級學生（含進修部與境外臺校，但不含補校）、少年矯正學校及輔育院學生，以及屬「中途學校-在園教育」性質之兒童及少年安置（教養）機構學生。疾管署提醒有流感相關疑問，可參閱疾管署全球資訊網https://www.cdc.gov.tw，或打免付費防疫專線一九二二（或○八○○-○○一九二二）洽詢。






 高弓足：重心前傾、腳背拱起，3招防足底筋膜炎



【早安健康編輯部／綜合報導】什麼是高弓足？高弓足會造成哪些不適症狀？與扁平足相反，高弓足可以明顯看到拱起來的腳背，腳掌心距離地面的空隙也更大。瀚群骨科診所醫師陳怡孜在先前的訪談中表示，比起扁平足多發生在男性，高弓足患者多為女性，體重的壓力大幅落在蹠骨前端及腳跟兩個部位。

高弓足除了可能因遺傳、疾病或外傷造成，成長發育期穿著不適當的鞋子，會影響腳骨的生長或伸展，而長期穿著高跟鞋或尖頭鞋，使得重心前傾、腳跟不穩、腳趾不易伸展及足底肌腱拉力不平衡等，都是可能的原因。

羅明哲表示，高弓足除了讓腳部不適，容易伴隨肩頸痠痛、腳跟與蹠骨突出部位長繭，還可能造成足底筋膜炎、蹠骨炎、長短腿、脊椎側彎等疾病。日常生活中，走路常因為腳掌心下方空空的，以及外側腳弓缺乏支撐而感到不穩。

高弓足的生活保健



  1. 選購鞋子時，吸震能力為首要考量，減少腳部受到衝擊的機會。
  2. 平常走路時放慢速度 ，不要跨大步走，儘量多休息。
  3. 踮腳尖操多訓練腳部肌肉，協助足弓保持彈性：
    1. 將雙腳併攏，用力踮起腳尖，腳後跟離地，仔細體會腳趾頭抓地的感覺，然後再平放腳跟，讓腳趾頭、趾根連接處以及腳根著地，感覺自己像一顆樹，牢牢地抓住地面。
    2. 在辦公室上班、等車、看電視，甚至刷牙洗臉時，都可以踮踮腳尖，鍛鍊腳趾的力量，促進腳底平衡，改善腳底不平衡的狀況。
