 獨／太紅也錯？春風捲鬥毆直喊有夠衰

玖壹壹春風上週舉辦生日趴，同行好友大根卻在續攤後於KTV演變成鬥毆事件，一大票人隨即被警方帶回警局。春風所屬的混血兒娛樂昨（17日）也在第一時間澄清，春風生日趴辦在酒吧，大根等人續攤錢櫃後才起衝突，當時春風本人根本沒去不在場，與鬥毆事件無關，《三立新聞網》也獨家專訪到春風，對於衰扯大根鬥毆案，春風無奈表示，真的是「掃到颱風尾」。

至於他朋友拿槍型辣椒噴霧，春風說也是大根描述才知道，他說狗仔好像從前一天就跟蹤大根，直到早上跟他碰面一直都在，他無奈表示：「我覺得基於朋友立場，能幫忙儘量幫，但他當時真不在。」其實熟識春風友人都知道，春風到無論任何聚會場合，都堅持滴酒不沾，他深知喝酒誤事，只是這回沒想到誤事的居然是好友大根。

 2018世界衛生日，全國人民一同響應「健康覆蓋」吧！


「世界衛生日」（World Health Day）是世界衛生組織在1948年舉行的第一屆世界衛生大會上決定設立的。當時原本把這天訂在7月22日，但這個時間大多數國家的學生都在放假，對於在青少年中展開活動較不方便，所以從1950年開始，世界衛生日的日期被改到每年的4月7日。

 

每年的世界衛生日都會有一個宣傳主題，旨在引起世界衛生及健康工作的關注，從1988年第一個無菸日、2015年的食品安全、2016年的打敗糖尿病、2017年的一起來聊聊抑鬱症，一直到今年的主題為「提升全民健康覆蓋（Universal Health Coverage）」。

 

「提升全民健康覆蓋」代表的是能照顧到每個人的健康，確保所有人在需要的時間和地點都能獲得良好的衛生服務，而且不會因為這樣而有經濟上的困難，也不會讓任何人在身體健康以及其他生活必需品間做出選擇。

 

根據衛生福利部，今年為了響應「全民健康覆蓋」，衛福部與健保署在今天上午於台北市大安森林公園舉辦「世界衛生日 健康大步走」健走活動，邀請民眾為健康而走。而健保署也強調，我國實行全民健康保險制度，使每一個人都能享有高品質並且可負擔的醫療服務，所以民眾對於全民健保的滿意度更在106年達到85.8%。

 

根據世界衛生組織，目前世界上仍有一半以上的人口沒辦法獲得基本的衛生服務，而且有近1億人因為負擔衛生服務費用而陷入極度貧窮，每日生活費可能比1.9美元還少。所以世界衛生組織希望透過今年的主題，讓每個人、每個社區都能獲得需要的衛生服務，改善了健康也不會因此而有經濟困難的情況。
