東京愛情故事再開？ 多年CP續前緣

睽違27年《東京愛情故事》再開？這部當年轟動亞洲的經典日劇，造就了最早的螢幕CP情侶檔，永尾完治（織田裕二飾）和赤名莉香（鈴木保奈美飾）l，兩人將再度攜手演出富士電視台秋季日劇《無照律師》（SUITS），勾起不少60、70年代朋友回憶，聽到消息後無不引頸期待兩人再續前緣，不過出乎意料，兩人並非主演漫畫正在連載中「東京愛情故事」續篇，而是美國影集《無照律師》日本版。

在現實中兩人際遇大不同，織田裕二演出不少膾炙人口的偶像劇，尤其後來《大搜查線》讓他另闖一番新事業，至今未婚。而52歲的鈴木保奈美27年前主演《東京愛情故事》後，1994年與F1賽車解說員川井一仁閃婚，3年後離婚，隔年懷著3個月身孕，帶球再嫁搞笑藝人石橋貴明，一度退出演藝圈當主婦，目前已是3個女兒的媽。這幾年她復出拍戲，終於再度與織田裕二同台重逢，成為許多粉絲口中的熱門話題。

36萬筆個資外洩 雄獅遭求償363萬
【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】針對去年5月發生雄獅旅行社遭駭客入侵，導致36萬筆客戶資料外洩。由於業者僅願意賠償受害者2000元折價券及員工價旅遊優惠，消基會認為毫無誠意，1日提起民事團體訴訟，要求363萬多元賠償。對此，雄獅旅行社認為，消基會公開指稱雄獅違法，對公司名譽已造成損害，並強調該公司也是個資外洩的受害者，「期望司法程序儘速釐清雄獅的清白。」
2017年5月，雄獅旅行社遭駭客入侵，竊取旅客購買機票、訂房或自由行訂單資料，造成36萬筆客戶資料外洩；據雄獅內部統計，被竊資料涵蓋旅客姓名、聯絡電話和購買商品內容，消基會接到24位消費者申訴，詐騙金額最高達68萬元。
消基會董事長游開雄表示，去年陸續接獲民眾申訴，受騙金額從1萬至68萬元不等，總詐騙金額高達316萬元，「有消費者表示曾接獲佯稱是旅行社員工的詐騙電話，說自己買了關西旅遊券，因員工疏失多刷12筆，沒想到依指示操作ATM後才發現上當受騙。」
律師陳潼彬指出，消基會曾發函旅行社提出解決方案，「但雄獅旅行社認為，因公司作業系統都設有防火牆及多層驗證防護措施，並非故意或過失造成消費者個資外洩，拒絕賠償消費者的損失，」去年9月再度召開協調會，但業者僅願意賠償受害旅客2000元折價券，及一年內參加旅遊可享員工價，「消費者受騙金額龐大，不可能接受這種毫無誠意的條件，因此決定依訴訟途徑爭取權益。」
消基會1日到士林地方法院提起民事團體訴訟，依《個人資料保護法》向雄獅要求363萬多元賠償，其中包括每人各2萬元精神賠償。游開雄認為，雄獅旅行社違反個資法，導致旅客個人資料外洩，和消費者被詐騙匯款之間存在因果關係，應該負損害賠償責任，「此案也是台灣首宗消費者因個資外洩提起的團體訴訟。」
對於消基會大動作提出團體訴訟，雄獅旅行社下午發布聲明稿指出，「雄獅歷來嚴格遵循個人資料保護法等相關法令規定，設置嚴格的客戶個人資料安全保護機制，但消基會未實際調查他們的個資保護方式，就恣意公開指稱雄獅違法，並非事實，且對公司商譽已造成傷害。」
雄獅表示，針對去年發生的個資外洩事件，是境外不法人士利用電腦網路惡意攻擊員工電腦作業系統所致，公司也是受害者。事件發生後，雄獅也盡力配合檢調機關進行偵查，並以電話或簡訊通知客戶注意避免詐騙行為，為維護客戶權益已經盡了最大努力。對於消基會提起團體訴訟，「期望司法程序儘速釐清雄獅的清白。」
