百年保險櫃打不開！日解鎖達人也失敗 鄉長祭萬元獎金懸賞
宜蘭縣冬山鄉公所有一只日治時期保留至今的保險櫃，因不知道密碼和鑰匙，塵封超過50多年都沒有打開過，甚至吸引日本節目派解鎖達人前來挑戰，但最後仍然無功而返。鄉長更是加碼開出1萬元獎金懸賞，希望能解開保險櫃之謎。

鄉公所去（2017）年初祭出5000元開鎖獎金，邀請各路高手來幫忙解開保險櫃之謎，但最後都挑戰失敗。近期有日本電視台聯繫冬山鄉公所表達挑戰意願，陪同人員透露，這名「解鎖達人」專門示範與負責破解各種不能打開的鎖，獲封「沒有他打不開的鎖」稱號。解鎖達人一開始還信心滿滿， 16日下午1點半抵達冬山，埋頭解鎖到晚上6點半卻一無所獲，昨（18）日又來挑戰，從早上9點到下午5點半，還是打不開保險櫃。
日本電視台因另有行程先離開，但會安排20日或21日再來挑戰。解鎖達人透露，保險櫃密碼有3萬多種組合，因年份已久，很多地方都生鏽，影響解鎖時的手感，他表示目前已完成約3／4組合排列，下次再來挑戰一定會解開。

2530名義消 投入花博救災

「台中世界花卉博覽會」將於今年11月3日登場！為強化花博期間消防安全，台中市政府消防局除積極辦理消防演練、培訓高級救護技術員外，更規畫2530名義消加入花博安全組志工行列；由消防局專業種子教官教導相關知識，未來可有效提升花博展區消防人力。
消防局表示，為迎接台中花博盛會，市府除積極辦理災防演練，並於去年辦理「第一期高級救護技術員訓練」，培訓30名高級救護技術員，接受1280小時到院前緊急救護訓練；包括醫院急診實習、救護指揮中心實習、到院前救護車實習及綜合演練和測試等，未來將支援花博展區及各車站周邊的消防人力。
消防局指出，為進一步強化消防搶救能力，市府規畫具有消防協勤基礎的義消，投入花博安全組志工行列共計有2530人，由消防局專業種子教官教導相關知識；包含協助搶救據點及急難救災、防止災難擴大、侷限災害減少生命財產損失、協助疏散人潮、避難引導等。
消防局強調，透過種子教官互動式及情境式教學，加上參加訓練志工全力參與訓練成效良好；截至3月底止共計1715人完訓，將於4月底完成所有志工訓練。
